A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs, such as psychotropic drugs, as follows:

On January 3, 2014, the Defendant received and delivered approximately 0.03 gramphones from F at the E Hospital funeral hall located in Goyang-dong, Mangdong-gu, Goyang-si.

B. Around January 3, 2014, the Defendant administered a philoon to a coffee, which was delivered at the E Hospital funeral hall located in Mangdong-gu, Manyang-si.

2. A person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “mariju”) handles marijuana as follows, although the Defendant was prohibited from selling, buying or smoking marijuana:

On October 2013, the Defendant purchased 500,000 won from the Gtel in the vicinity of Seoyang-gu Gtel in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, as the price for the sale of marijuana, and received about 50,000 won from the Defendant, for the purchase of marijuana.

B. Around February 2014, the Defendant: (a) deducted tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco smoke from the mutual singing rooms located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Maamamamb; (b) put it in the mash among the marijuana purchased as above; and (c) smokeed the smoke generated by attaching the fire.

1. Among concurrent crimes, marijuana for which punishment under the former part of Article 37, Article 38 (1) 2 and Article 50 of the Criminal Act is the largest;
