1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 120,650,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 21, 2014 to April 15, 2015.

Basic Facts
Defendant C is the Sil of Defendant D, and the representative director E of Defendant B is the birth relationship of Defendant D, and F is the husband of Defendant D who is the child of Defendant C.
On June 7, 201, Defendant C and Defendant D concluded a sales contract with Defendant B, Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu G, H, and I (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) to sell the purchase price of KRW 8.5 billion, and the down payment of KRW 240 million on the date of the contract, the intermediate payment of KRW 560 million on the day of the contract, and the remainder payment of KRW 7.7 billion on the day of July 6, 201 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) to pay the sale price generated after the new construction of the building on each of the instant lands (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
On June 7, 2011, the Defendants entered into the instant sales contract and entered into a joint development agreement on each of the instant land (hereinafter “instant joint development agreement”) with respect to each of the instant land as follows:
Article 1 (General Provisions) A (Defendant C, D) and B (Defendant B) under this Framework Agreement provide for the basic principles of development with respect to the development of exhibition G, H and I (each of the instant lands) owned by A, and provide for the rights, obligations and methods of implementation of development between the parties, etc., and the detailed conditions and details, if necessary, by separate contracts and special agreements.
Article 2 (Price for Providing Site)
1. Eul shall be paid the price determined as seven billion won for the site price to Gap in return for a joint project;
2. Eul shall determine the profit of 1.5 billion won to Gap in return for a joint project and shall pay the price.
Article 3 (Contractor Relation)
1. B shall be deemed to be a full-time agent for land development and all of the development of the project site and follow-up management affairs as a good manager and receive gains from development in good faith;
2.B shall exercise overall control over all business affairs of the development project.
3. A shall provide B with the title continuously until completion for the main project of B.
Article 4 (Mutual Cooperation) A shall aim at this project.
