1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,780,616, respectively, and KRW 5% per annum from November 29, 2015 to December 8, 2016, respectively, to the Plaintiffs.

B. (1) According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is liable for damages suffered by the deceased and the plaintiffs due to the instant traffic accident.

(2) Pedestrians, motor vehicles, and horses passing along the limitation of liability shall follow signal apparatus or safety signs, etc. (Article 5(1) of the Road Traffic Act), and pedestrians, who need not initiate crossing, and pedestrians crossing the road shall not immediately complete crossing or stop crossing and return it to the sidewalk.
