The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On November 12, 2012, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of CMF5 private taxis, was driving a two-lane road in front of the Busan District Bank, Busan District, on November 15, 2012, along with a single-lane road, from the front side of the Busan District, to the front side of the Seocho-do.

2. Pedestrians, drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses passing along a road, shall follow signals and directions indicated by signal apparatus or safety signs;
