1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is unreasonable because the sentence imposed by the court below on the defendant (two months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution) is too unfasible.

The crime of this case is a domestic violence case in which the defendant, under the influence of alcohol, takes a bath for his family members, and inflicts an injury on his married couple who said sound, and thus, the nature of the crime is not good. However, considering the fact that the defendant repents his depth and does not act like the crime of this case in the future, and other various circumstances, such as the defendant's age, character, character, environment, occupation, etc., which are conditions for sentencing as shown in the records, the sentence of the court below cannot be deemed to be unfair because the sentence imposed by the defendant is too uneasible.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit.
