Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a local public enterprise under the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Seoul Special Metropolitan City EsP Corporation, and the plaintiffs are employees belonging to the defendant.
