around 13:55 on December 23, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim C’s chest part by hand at the parking lot of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors’ Office in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and the victim C’s chest part by hand.

Around 21:00 on April 4, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim C at one time due to her head from behind the bus stops in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the head of Yeongdeungpo-gu, and on two occasions at his/her hand.

The facts charged on the market are crimes falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the same Act. Since the victim expressed his/her intention not to punish the defendant in this court on November 10, 2016, after the prosecution of this case, the victim's indictment of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
