The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On August 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 21:20 on August 15, 2016; (b) 715-ro 22; and (c) 1409 on an apartment 1409, the Defendant returned to his house as he had drunked from the Victim C.
