After the registration of change of the Macyoung and its representative, the Plaintiff Macyoung was deemed to have been registered for the opening of a superstore on July 1, 1997 under the above Act on July 1, 1997 pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Distribution Industry Development Act (amended by Act No. 5327, Apr. 10, 1997; hereinafter referred to as the “former Distribution Industry Development Act”).

Around March 24, 2001, D was elected as a new president, the representative of Plaintiff B, and around March 24, 2001.
③ On February 27, 2006, E was elected as the president at the regular general meeting of delegates. On March 22, 2006, E was appointed as the representative of the head of the Gu and was issued a superstore establishment registration certificate under the name of the Plaintiff Subdivision under the Distribution Industry Development Act.
