Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2017, the Defendant, around 14:20, set up a cart in front of the Seoul Northern-gu B market, Gwangju, in order to park his own vehicle, and on the ground that the victim D (n, 29 years old) attempted to set a cart to park a vehicle, the Defendant assaulted the victim by putting the cart on the victim's knife with the wheels of the cart one time with the victim's right to knife.
