Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven a BNAS car on September 14, 2018, and led to one lane among the three-lane roads in the vicinity of the 112-ro 1, Young-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to proceed from the intersection of the Yeongdeungpo-gu market to the airspace of prisoners of war.

At the time, it is an intersection where signal apparatus is installed at night and at the front, so in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the traffic signal and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected the above duty of care and neglected to proceed with 0.134% alcohol level while under the influence of 0.134%, and was driven by the victim C(the age of 49) who started from the direct progress signal on the left side of the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation in the direction of progress due to the negligence of violating the red suspension signal.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and caused the victim E (the 53 years old) who was on board the back seat of the said rocketing taxi to suffer injury, such as a single c lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever lever, etc.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant driven a BNS car at approximately 3 km section from around the F building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the place where the said accident occurred, as described in paragraph (1).
