A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2020, around 22:10 on the road near the “B market” located in Busan, Busan, for the reason that the defendant's parking on the above road is difficult to pass due to the CNS car parked on the road, the defendant was at the victim D (ma, 62 years old), and the defendant was at the time, and the defendant was able to receive the victim's Estststy taxi with the victim's driver's Eststy.

Accordingly, the defendant carried the above NAS car, which is a dangerous object, and inflicted an injury on the victim D and the victim H, respectively, and at the same time damaged the above NA owned by the victim D.
