A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 12:00 on September 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen cash 520,000 won, which was the victim’s possession, located in the treasury, by taking advantage of the gap in the victim’s PC located in the “EPC operated by the victim D” located in the North Korea-si, North Korea-si; and (b) thereby cutting down the victim’s PC.

B. At around 09:45 on September 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) cited one gallon set at the victim’s market value, which was located on the reception stand by the victim G, who is an employee of the said PC room, using a sloping fPC room f.m. inside the Gyeonggi-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the head of which was 00,000 won. (b) On September 14, 2012, the Defendant stolen it. (c) On September 14, 2012, the Defendant cited one gallon at the gallon set at the galo set at the victim’s market value, which was located on the reception stand by the victim’s f.m., who was located on the reception stand. (d) On September 14, 2012, the Defendant stolen it.

2. On November 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported the loss of his/her resident registration number to a public official in charge of the name failure in the said branch office without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her resident registration number out of his/her name at the J officer’s branch office in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, and reported the loss to the effect that K lost its resident registration number; (b) signed his/her name in the application for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate printed in the same vice-dong letter, and submitted it to the said public official in charge.

As a result, the Defendant forged one copy of the application for the re-issuance of the resident registration certificate under the name of K, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, as stated in paragraph (2) at the same time and at the same place as stated in paragraph (2), falsely reported the loss of the K’s resident registration certificate and filed an application for the re-issuance of the resident registration certificate in the name of K, and require a public official in charge of the above J executives and branch offices to issue the Defendant’s photographed resident registration certificate with respect to K’s resident registration certificate.
