A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On October 12, 2016, around 08:29 on October 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed tobacco equivalent to KRW 13,500 of the market price of the victim’s possession displayed therein within the G Mart of the Victim F Management in Yongcheon-si, Youngcheon-si; and (b) cut off the Defendant by inserting it into a bank prepared in advance.

However, the fact that the defendant has no substantial economic value of each stolen article, that the defendant agrees with the victims, and that the defendant is more severe than a fine.
