1. On March 19, 2017, the Defendant invadedd a structure: (a) around 06:35, the victim D, the first floor of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building, and then stolen the property from the “E” delivery restaurant operated by the victim D; and (b) the entrance door was partitioned into the entrance door at the same restaurant in the past, and intruded into the victim’s structure.

The Defendant: (a) committed theft with approximately 30,00 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the main room located at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); (b) with 500,000 won in the market value; and (c) with food materials of an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market value (a canned sa 8, freezing 1,000 won in freezing).

around 13:20 on September 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the victim’s first place in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Apartment House No. 3; (b) between the victim G and the victim’s first place, the victim’s Samsung mobile phone Co., Ltd. owned by the victim, which had been put in his/her book book, equivalent to KRW 700,000,000 won, cash KRW 30,000,00 won, and T-money cards.
