When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a holder of Lone Star Co., Ltd., is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, although he/she is not a person.

1. On April 9, 201, 11:57 on the road at Pyeongtaek-Audio-an expressway 5.5km;

2. On June 6, 2014: around 05:51, 201, on the road in the Pyeongan-do, Pyeongan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Pyeongan-do.

3. Roads around 22:55 on September 1, 2014, in front of the intersection of the Switzerland, the Switzerland, the Chuncheon District of the Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun.

4. On November 17, 2014, around 16:15, 201, in the case of U.S. Namnam-gun, the said Lone Star Co., Ltd., which was not covered by mandatory insurance, was operated in front of the two intersections.
