Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was in charge of mobile phone sales at the “C” mobile phone sales store located in Kimpo-si from July 2014 to January 2015.

1. A mobile phone opening of Gpro2 mobile phone (E);

A. Although the Defendant did not obtain the consent from the victim F to the new opening of a mobile phone from the victim F, on September 23, 2014, the Defendant entered the false content into the “personal records of the victim’s electromagnetic records,” which are the special records of the victim’s electromagnetic records concerning the certification of the fact, such as the right and duty or the seal of the victim, by entering the victim’s resident number (H) in the resident registration number column, and directly sealing the victim’s signature into the “G new application” program by using the e-mail device.

At the time and place specified in the above paragraph 1-A, the Defendant sent a written new subscription to the G Communications Company’s name-free employee with no knowledge of the forged computerized information on the victim F’s mobile phone, and then acquired a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the above amount by allowing the victim to pay the said amount by failing to pay the said amount, even if he/she was provided with the amount equivalent to KRW 1,023,810, a sum of KRW 709,980,000,000 from G Communications Company, and KRW 313,830,000,000,000 from the said G Communications Company.

2. Soviet mobile phones (I) opening of gallonies;
