Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2014, at around 18:30, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim D’s frontway operated by the State Party D in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, that he saw the victim as “hinging down and drinking alcohol on the front side of the entrance of the entrance, but he was refused to do so; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “hing to sing down, singing down, etc., hinging down on the floor” for approximately two hours to customers; and (c) obstructed the victim’s store’s business by force by preventing customers from singing down on the floor of the victim’s shop.
