A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

B (C) The organization (hereinafter “C”) is the total responsibility of the organization that collects means of access, such as cash cards connected to bank accounts in the name of a juristic person established falsely to use for the crime of illegal gambling site and Bosing. D, E, a juristic person, delivers documents necessary for the establishment of the juristic person and the means of access collected to B, or solicits the opening holder of a juristic person and bank account, F, G, H, and I provide the upper-line B and D with documents related to the transfer of registration, and share the role of delivering the means of access connected to the transferred juristic person’s account after opening the bank account in the name of the transferred juristic person.

On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened an account in the name of a manager after establishing a floating corporation under the name of a manager; and (b) issued a passbook, physical card, and an OTP with a proposal to “a certificate of personal seal impression necessary for the establishment of a corporation; (c) a certified copy or abstract of a certificate of personal seal impression; and (d) a certified copy or abstract of a resident registration card; and (c) a certified copy or abstract of an identification card; and (d) a certified copy or abstract of a resident registration card; and (e) agreed to establish a false corporation under the name of the Defendant without the intention to establish or operate the corporation; and (e) opened a bank account under the name of the said F and intended to deliver the connected access media, etc.

On June 2016, the Defendant provided F with a personal seal impression, seal imprint certificate, resident registration certificate, abstract, and identification card in the name of the Defendant in the above three deputy head of the Chuncheon District Court on August 3, 2016, as stated above, with F and F, and F are carrying out registration of incorporation for the purpose of opening and distributing a bank passbook, and in fact, F are carrying out registration of incorporation for the purpose of opening and distributing a bank passbook in the Chuncheon District Court on August 3, 2016.
