A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong branch branch court.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person driving B-learning automobiles.

On December 2, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.157% on blood alcohol level around 22:10 on December 2, 2019, and led the three-lane road in front of the Dr. Dr. distance in Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu C to the port area of a yacht.

At the time, it is night and its front door is a private road where signal lights are installed, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing the speed of the motor vehicle and driving safely by safely examining the front side.

Nevertheless, even though it is difficult for the Defendant to normally drive a motor vehicle by drinking in light of the following: (a) the Defendant neglected the above duty of care and neglected to do so at the front bank; (b) neglected the signal at the front bank; (c) obstructed the part of the victim E (Seoul, 35 years old) who stopped by the signal at the front bank and stopped by the signal signal at the front bank; and (d) caused the shock vehicle to shock the front part of the Defendant’s motor vehicle; and (e) caused the said hurf by the shock vehicle of the victim G (the 51 year old), which stopped at the front; and (e) caused the hurf to shock part of the Defendant’s hurf motor vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as light dynasium, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury to the victim G, such as a wooden dynasium, tension, tension, etc.

2. A violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) shall take the front of the DNA distance in C from the front of the I building in Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, at the time and time under paragraph (1).
