A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person driving B QM5 automobiles.
On January 27, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.144% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.14% on January 27, 2020, and led to the driving of the said car from the three-lane road located in Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the area of the E Hospital in the vicinity of the horizontal intersection.

2.
