1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for the amount of KRW 5,00,000 and that amount shall be annually from November 16, 2015 to September 13, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who received a surgery for removal of large-cell species in the “E Hospital” located in the “E Hospital located in the Yacheon-si, Busan, and Defendant C is a doctor in charge of the above surgery, and Defendant B is the president of the E Hospital.

B. On August 4, 2010, the Plaintiff: (a) was within a hospital for the first time, and was performed a removal of large cell species on September 14, 2010 by Defendant C on the left five fingers (hereinafter referred to as the “sovereigns”); and (b) was performed by Defendant C to remove large cell species.

C. The Plaintiff had had a normal life after the removal of the primary large cell type, but around 2014, re-explosion of the large cell type occurred in the fingers of the surgery department and led to the removal of the double-lane cells from Defendant C (hereinafter “instant surgery”). On August 21, 2014, the Plaintiff received the removal of the double-lane large cells from Defendant C (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

On September 5, 2014 and September 12, 2014, after the instant surgery, the Plaintiff received medical treatment from Defendant C by visiting the E Hospital. There was no special exception on the operation department, and on September 12, 2014, the Plaintiff was diagnosed to be an excellent ROM of the loss of the operating department.

E. On October 13, 2014, and December 1, 2014, after Defendant C retired from the hospital, the Plaintiff was provided medical treatment from the doctor F. The Plaintiff’s care was provided from the physician F. The Plaintiff’s care was provided to the E hospital on October 13, 2014 and December 1, 2014. The f.o.b. (PIP) in the nearest part of the surgery’s fingers (PIP) was delayed by 30 degrees, and the f.o. (DIP) in the f.s., the f.b., the f.s.

F. On March 17, 2015, the Plaintiff was admitted to the H Hospital located in Ansan-si G and received medical treatment from the doctor I. The Plaintiff was found to have been in the state of 90 degrees of crypted without a new electric power plant function, and the cypium was confirmed to have been in the new state of -10 degrees of cryp.

Accordingly, on March 31, 2015, the Plaintiff received a new surgery to improve the sports function at H Hospital.

G. Around July 2016, the Plaintiff’s losses in the operation division shows the transformation of the crypt, and the cryptization of the crypt in a fixed state is showing the transformation of the crypt.
