The defendant is a person who drives a car in the B-Cata.

On May 5, 2014, at around 03:34, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from around the waterside park located in the Singu, Busan, to around about 3km in front of the Yellow-gu, Nam-gu, Busan, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.064%.
