Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. On June 9, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driven a C A-A-hurd vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license on the section of about 1km from the front of a restaurant in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the E-hurri-dong to the front of the “U-do apartment” located in approximately 30-7 U.S. 30-7, the same hour from the front of the restaurant in which it is impossible to identify, to the front of the “U-do apartment”.

B. On June 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) controlled as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) and received a request to appear at the Echeon Police Station; and (b) asked B to “I am for false confession by requesting B to “I am salking the statement as if I would have driven an accident while driving an accident while driving an accident at home.”

On June 16, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that B was under the influence of alcohol to a policeman at the Leecheon Police Station guard and the traffic survey team office located in Leecheon-si, Leecheon-si, 32.

As a result, the defendant instigated B to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. On June 16, 2015, around 12:14, 2015, Defendant B made a false statement to Defendant D, who is under investigation of the case such as drunk driving, even though the Defendant did not drive under the influence of alcohol, in the guard traffic of the Leecheon Police Station and the traffic investigation team office of Leecheon-si, Leecheon-si, 32.

As a result, the defendant, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, had the above A escape.
