A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) sought D convenience points located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) continued to walk the phone under the influence of alcohol to the victim E (23 Does) who is an employee of the convenience store; and (c) demanded customers to be able to get off the phone; and (d) demanded them to be able to ask for food to other tables; (b) the Defendant got off the convenience store; (b) the Defendant reported them to the police two times on two occasions on two occasions on the same day without the victim’s participation; (c) the police officers sent out warning the Defendant that he immediately returned home to the police and failed to wear a walk; and (d) the police officers left the scene.

“Along about 20 minutes of disturbance, the victim’s convenience store business operation was obstructed by avoiding disturbance from the time on the part of the victim, including: (a) the victim was able to take a portable phone from the victim; and (b) the victim was dead.

On July 1, 2017, at the same place as Paragraph 1. at around 05:50 on July 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a personal phone from the same victim by asking the same victim to have the personal phone; and (b) received the personal phone from the victim; and (c) made use of the phone, the Defendant was not entitled to receive

As a result, the defendant damaged 1 smartphones when galloning a large of 200,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.
