1. On November 6, 201, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and around 08:55 on November 6, 201, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle with a gallon to temporarily stop on the right-hand turn at the intersection in front of the Yong-Nam Hospital in Yong-Namnama, which is in a movement at a close time, and then entered the intersection while changing the lane to the right-hand turn
