Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:10, around 7, 2019, c “C” located on the second underground floor B of Busan B, and (b) took a fluorous drinking with the victim D (25 years of age) who was drinking together with the victim D (25 years of age) who was a part of society, and subsequently stolen the Defendant’s cash 100,000 won, Kakakao Bank Card, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 600,000,000,000,000,000 won of the market value, which includes one resident registration certificate.

2. On September 1, 2019, the Defendant, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), took place as if he had completed one Kakao Bank Card in the name of D, and paid 250,000 won from the “F” on September 1, 2019, at around 00:14, the Defendant paid 250,000 won from the “F” on the second floor located in Busan Annual Zone E, and obtained a total of 450,000 won from the LA bank at the same place at around 00:37 on the same day, by settling 20,000 won from the LA bank at the same place.
