A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, upon receiving money from an unspecified number of victims by deceiving them to send money to the account designated to grant a loan to an unspecified number of victims using the name Kakao Stockholm, “D”, “E”, etc., the Defendant attempted to commit the crime of scaming in a manner that transfers the money transferred under the direction of the said person without the name of the victim to another person’s account or withdraws the money in cash and transfers the money to another person’s account in the name of the victim.
