1. From August 28, 2012, at around 13:30, the Defendant: (a) discovered a DNA liquid cargo vehicle parked in front of the 12 entertainment seeds and seedlings, with the victim’s key displayed at the front of the 12-oculed agricultural seed and seedling, and (b) stolen the truck owned by the victim by driving the vehicle at the driver’s seat.

On July 23, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) with respect to the criminal facts that he/she had driven under influence on September 7, 2007 at the jurisdiction of the Daejeon District Court, Daejeon District Court on September 23, 2008, and on September 25, 2012, the Defendant was prosecuted for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act on March 30, 2009 with respect to the criminal facts that he/she had driven under influence on September 30, 2012 as stated in the following criminal facts (Article 44 (4) of the Road Traffic Act).

On August 28, 2012, from around 13:30 to 13:50, the Defendant driven a D-e-sports cargo vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.195% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 5km section from the front of the 12-ro 12-o, an open city, to the front of the Maamama Cheongju-si, to the front of the Maama Cheongju-si Office Stick.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of the Road Traffic Act are those engaged in driving a gallon driver car.
