Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 28, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at one time on the street, on the ground that the victim D (the remaining and 25 years of age) took a bath to his/her own behavior in the “Cju shop” located in Busan B, Busan, on September 28, 2015, and then used the victim’s face at one time, such as tearing the victim’s clothes, tearing the victim’s clothes, and exposing the victim’s clothes.

2. A special assault Defendant: (a) was dispatched by the police officer on the date and time set forth in the preceding paragraph; and (b) was trying to flee by operating Esch Rex vehicles on the front of the vehicle; (c) the injured party was unable to go ahead of the vehicle; (d) but (e) neglected this and continued the vehicle, and (e) led the injured party to the right-hand arms of the victim by shocking the victim’s right-hand arms

Accordingly, the defendant abused the victim by using dangerous things.
