A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special assault: (a) around 10:00 on February 15, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the victim’s 42 years of age) by telephone from the Defendant’s house located in the building C, which was not good for usual appraisal; (b) 3-4 times the victim E son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s k

Around 14:49 on February 15, 2017, the Defendant, who entered the Victim F (the 54 years old), one’s own interest line, which was one’s own seat, where the reputation was not good at the Defendant’s house as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, assaulted the victim, such as: (a) Company A, “I have stolen the mother’s pocket book, thereby cutting off it again; (b) two times in total, and continuing to keep the victim’s scam with his left hand.”

3. In the course of assaulting the Victim F, as described in paragraph 2, the Defendant: (a) carried a dangerous object, such as the end of the fluoral color transition (21cm in length, 10cm in knife) taken on a hand, and threatened the Victim with a fluoral hand, and by carrying it up until the victim faces the fluoral face.
