A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is a part-time employee of convenience stores, was employed as a part-time employee of C&A, and was willing to steals another's property.

1. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with cash 30,000 won owned by the said victim, which was contained in a glars by using a slick slick in order to perform work at the victim E working in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) around the end of April 2013, the Defendant stolen the said victim’s 30,000 won.

2. On May 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the “I” male slope room where the victim H works in Ansan-si G was a policeman, the Defendant stolen the said victim’s cash with KRW 70,000 and one driver’s license, which was contained in the said victim’s flicks by using the flicks in order to perform his/her work.

3. At around 16:10 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant, at the “L” convenience store operated by the victim K located in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, a member of the District Council, employed by the Defendant for a disguised employment that other employees would be part-time, and then stolen the Defendant with 10,000 tobacco equivalent to the total amount of KRW 30,000 and the market price of KRW 27,000,000, which were in cash located in the calculated simplified simplified safe, using the gap in the locking place.

At around 12:00 on May 8, 2013, the Defendant, at the “O” convenience store operated by the victim N in Ansan-si Ma, Ansan-si, a member-si, employed under the disguised employment that other employees would be part-time, and then stolen the same with 50,000 won in total and 2.50,000 won in the market value of the cash, which was entered in the calculation-based simplified storage unit, using the gap in the locking place.
