Punishment of the crime

At around 04:40 on December 19, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a motor vehicle in front of the CU00-distance, which was driven by the victim B (the age of 55) who was a taxi engineer, on the ground that the victim was asked for the destination of the defendant, on the ground that the victim was aboard the C si, which was driven by the taxi engineer B (the age of 55).
