On August 9, 2013, at around 23:54, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle driving in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, on the ground that the victim D (year 62) who was a taxi engineer was trying to smoked by the Defendant, on the ground that the victim was trying to smoked.
