1. Defendant B Co., Ltd and Defendant C shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 133,296,881 and its related amount from July 30, 2014 to February 30, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. From February 8, 2013 to February 27, 2013, the Plaintiff leased KRW 520,000,000 to Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) at an interest rate of KRW 3% per month (hereinafter “instant loan”). Defendant C, the representative director of Defendant B, guaranteed Defendant B’s obligation for the above loan.

B. On February 27, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of creation of a mortgage over the second priority of the maximum debt amount of KRW 600,000,000 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) as the secured debt.

C. On April 9, 2013, Defendant B received Cheongju District Court’s receipt of Cheongju District Court’s Chungcheong Branch on April 9, 2013 with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 15882, April 18, 2013; Defendant D received the ownership transfer registration of each of the instant real estate listed in paragraph (5) of the attached Table No. 17692, April 17, 2013 to Defendant E on April 18, 2013, with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 17693, April 17, 2013, and each of the instant items No. 2015, May 25, 2013 to Defendant E received the ownership transfer registration of each of the instant real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 of the same case from Defendant E on April 25, 2013 (the title No. 253181, May 215, 2015, 2015).

Defendant E: (a) on April 25, 2013, with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (5) of the attached Table No. 5 to Defendant G, the registration of ownership transfer under the Cheongju District Court’s receipt of Cheongju Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch on April 25, 2013 (hereinafter “instant subsequent registration of ownership transfer”) under Article 18856.
