A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On July 22, 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Injury and Violence, etc. Act (collective intimidation, deadly weapons, etc.) at around 16:30 on July 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s faces in the F parking lot run by his birth in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) placed the victim’s face on the floor of hand; and (c) had the victim drive the said vehicle at one time on the roads near the public parking lot located in the same Dong at around 16:40 on the same day after driving the said vehicle; (d) opened the driver’s seat by avoiding the victim’s interest; and (e) opened the victim’s chest at one time with the victim’s left chest by drinking any defect; and (e) made the victim’s head one time after driving the vehicle at one hand.

At around 19:30 on the same day, the Defendant continuously driven the above vehicle by the victim, and led the victim to park the said vehicle on the road near the mountain beach located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and threatened the victim's family members to drive the relationship with the male of the victim again, and threatened the victim's face once by hand, and the victim's face and chest face face are faced with the victim's window, hand-on, and driving seat, so that the victim faces about four weeks of medical treatment, and the victim acts as the victim's head, who is a dangerous object at the same time, and who acts as the victim's head, and who acts as the victim's escape."

2. On July 22, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases”), taken a victim’s body using his mobile phone camera, after having sexual intercourse with the victim E at the International Mour 201 room located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu H on July 21, 2012, and made a sense of sexual humiliation.
