A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was doubtful that the victim B (n, 66 years of age) and the victim was living together with the victim from May 2014 to September 2015, the defendant had been suspected that he met another male.
1. On July 23, 2016, around 07:00 on July 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, 101, the Defendant: (b) stated, “I am well aware of why I am frib by telephone; (c) I am her head and face of the victim on one occasion; (d) I am the head and face of the victim by hand until 19:00 of the same day; and (e) I am the victim’s head and face by hand until 19:00 of the same day.
At around 19:30 on the same day, the Defendant continued to look at the victim's house located in Kimcheon-si, confirmed whether another male is living at the victim's house, and caused the victim to sit off clothes, and called "as soon as possible, talking about who is another male", and caused the victim's face and bucks one time in drinking, and caused the victim by walking the left side buckbuck, which requires treatment of the number of days for the non-number of days.
2.
