1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Korea-U.S. Urban Development Co., Ltd.: 2,499,04,852 won and its related thereto.

1. The summary of the claim in this case is the case seeking the payment of the compensation for the expenses to be borne by the plaintiff out of the expenses to be borne by the plaintiff out of the expenses to be borne by the defendant Boan-gun until the completion of the liquidation of the defendant Boan-gun's Kan-gun's Kanan-gun's Kan-gun's Kanan-gun's Kan-gun's Kanan-gun's Kanan-gun's Kan-gun's Kan-gun's Kan-gun's Kan-gun's Kan-gun's Kan-gun's Kan-gun's Kan-gun's Kan-U.S. Industrial Complex Development Project.

2. Around July 8, 2005 under the Special Act on the Development of Enterprise Cities, the defendant-Uan-gun designated as the "Industrial Trade-Type Enterprise City" on the basis of the Special Act on the Development of Enterprise Cities, entered into an agreement on July 8, 2005, with the aim of promoting the "Korean Industrial Complex Development Project" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") at the area of a size of approximately 20 million m2,00,000 m2 in the Seoul-Uan-gun-gun-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and the Cheongan-gun-gun, the Seoul-do Special Metropolitan City Development Bank, China-U.S., and the Korea Special Metropolitan City Investment Corporation for the Construction of the Chinese Industrial Complex on September 14, 2005, respectively, and established the "Korea Special Metropolitan City Development Corporation" on December 23, 2005.

Afterward, the Co., Ltd. shall participate in the instant project as a Korean counterpart construction company, the Agricultural Cooperatives Federation of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "Agricultural Cooperatives Federation"), and the defendant Uanan-gun, the Korea-U.S. Urban Development Co., Ltd., the Korea-U.S., the Korea-U.S. Urban Development Bank, the Korea-U.S.-U.S. Plan, and the Taesan-U.S. Plan shall enter into a basic contract for development projects of the Korea-U.S. Industrial Complex Development Project in the KU.S. Free City (hereinafter referred to as the "basic contract") on Jan. 18, 2008.
