A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On June 18, 2016, the Defendant forced indecent act committed an indecent act by force against a foreigner with Chinese nationality, such as: (a) in the vicinity of “D” located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul-si, with intent to commit an indecent act against the victim E (the age of 51), while under the influence of alcohol; and (b) the victim, who seeks to return to the said shop with the victim’s right chest part, by hand, committed an indecent act by force.

2. In the date, time, place, and in the preceding paragraph, the injured defendant met the chest part of the victim E, such as the preceding paragraph, and thereafter, "I am to be designated from the above injured person"

“To hear the victim’s horses, the victim expressed his/her desire to see the victim’s arm’s length and selling years, and boomed the victim’s hair, etc. with his/her hand, and exceeded the floor, thereby causing injury to the victim, i.e., “the left-hand sprink, salt spons, etc.” that requires treatment for about 14 days.

On June 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) moved to the said police box, along with the victim H, who was the husband of the above E, who heard talk about the case of indecent act, etc., such as forced indecent act, etc., at the G police box located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) around 21:10 on June 18, 2016; and (c) on the ground that the victim H she changed to himself/herself on the ground that the victim H she was “if China was a member of the police box, the victim H she was able to take the face of the victim H by hand.
