A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant administered, accepted, as follows, the psychotropic drugs-related metropics (i.e., a single penphone, hereinafter referred to as “copics”) and the number of exemption containing the psychotropic drugs-related ingredients:

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. A. Around February 3, 2020, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Cheongju-si B apartment C, administered D with the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.07g philophones, and administered chophones on the Defendant’s arms.

B. At around 01:30 on February 10, 2020, the Defendant administered the foregoing Defendant’s house using a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.03g of philopon to the Defendant’s arms, thereby having the said D injection of philopon into the Defendant’s arms.

C. At around 17:00 on March 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) instructed G introduced from the said D to injectate the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device containing a large amount of scopon; and (b) administered the copon to the Defendant’s arms.

2. Around August 2019, the Defendant received and accepted a stroke-mm (e.g., a stroke-type) from J, a year-based, at the “I” building located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and at least 10 stroke-type (e.g., a stroke

In addition, from the above date to March 5, 2020, the Defendant received approximately 172 exempted from the number containing stroke-mm ingredients from the above J, K, L, and M (not less than four persons on the same day each of the summary indictment) without compensation, and received them each over 14 times.
