Defendant

A is a business owner who operates a game room in the name of “F” on the first floor E at the time of a show. Defendant B is a person who leases the building in the game room from May 2006 to July 201.

1. Defendant A [Crimes related to the operation of a game room between December 10, 201 and March 16, 201]

(a) No person who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act shall provide game products with contents different from those classified by the Game Rating Board for the distribution or use thereof;
