Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

around December 2019, Defendants were to serve as the head of “G” game room located in “D” in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon. The above Defendants, as actual business owners of the above game room, exercise overall control over the purchase of a game machine, payment of rent, etc., and, if regulated, take charge of fines for negligence and attorney's expenses.
