Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2018 High Court Decision 1145] The Defendant is a person who operates a mobile phone sales agency with the trade name of “C” from the 1st floor of Seo-gu Daejeon.
The defendant had a mind to forge a new contract for mobile phone service in order to receive rebates from a radio operator.
1. On June 28, 2017, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated “E”, “F”, “G”, “H”, “H”, and “A”, and “W”, on the statutory date of birth in the column for entry of new customer information in the D Service Model column, a document that the complainant did not know, for the purpose of uttering at the aforementioned “C”; and (b) signed on the name following the name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of the complainant, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
In addition, the defendant shall file an application for J accession at the same place on the same day (K), one copy, and the same year.
9. At the same place on November 26, one copy of the J Agreement (K, change of equipment) and one copy of the D Service Agreement (L) at the same place on November 24 of the same year.

The Defendant at the time, at the same time, submitted a forged new service contract, and an application for accession to the above investigation document to an employee in the name of the N in Daejeon M and P in the name of the mobile phone opening agent located in Daejeon U.S.O. and the mobile phone opening agent located in Daejeon U.S.O. and exercised it.
