A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 29, 2016, the Defendant, who interfered with the business, 133 cross-city buses on a bus terminal in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-ro, 16:50 on October 29, 2016, sought a warning from the bus passengers to the effect that, in the course of having scambling with his/her form of water and scam in the bus prior to the instant case, he/she would be able to cause early harm to the bus, and that he/she failed to start the bus by blocking the entrance door to prevent the bus from shutting down, and thus, he/she failed to start the bus 4 prices for other cross-city buses.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the victim C's bus dispatch service for about 40 minutes, which was in charge of bus dispatch management at the bus terminal in Ulsan Metropolitan City bus terminal by force.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2016. 10. 29. 17:35경 울산 남구 화합로 133 시외버스터미널 내에서, 위 제1항과 같이 배차 업무를 방해하고 소란을 피운다는 112신고를 받고 출동한 울산남부경찰서 D지구대 소속 피해자 경장 E과 피해자 순경 F으로부터 제지를 당하자 이에 다수의 승객들이 지켜보고 있는 B 부산행 시외버스 내에서 위 피해자들에게 “야이 새끼야, 뒤에 놈 잡아라, 이 개새끼야”라고 욕을 하고, 계속하여 버스터미널 승하차장에서 “이 개새끼, 저 새끼 잡아라, 경찰이 언제부터 공공성을 가지고 있었느냐”라는 등 온갖 욕을 한 다음, 위 지구대로 돌아가기 위해 피해자들이 순찰차를 타고 도로상에서 신호대기 중이던 뒷좌석에 무단으로 탑승한 것을 위 피해자들이 하차시키자, 다수의 행인들이 지나다니는 위 시외버스터미널 앞에서 피해자들을 향해, “개호로 자슥아, 니는 부모도 없나, 못 배운 티를 내지마라”라고 하면서 욕을 하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victims before they observe bus passengers and many persons.
