Punishment of the crime

The defendant is Busan bus B(C) passengers, the victim D is a driver of the above bus, the victim E is a F ticket employee, and the victim G is a police officer belonging to the Mountainousdong Police Station of Msandong Police Station.

1. Around February 21, 2018, the Defendant insultingd the victim D, on February 7, 2018, at the F-line located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (a) stated that “A specialist is a woman’s net, a bad, and a good-quality horse on the bus,” and boarded the bus as a passenger, in front of viewing that the victim D was a large number of passengers who would get off from the bus.

After that, the Defendant: (a) told the victim who was seated with the seat and desires to request bus tickets to be “the inside in which the bus tickets were put,” and (b) told the victim, who continued to report to the police, and requested F to assist the other male employees of F, thereby openly insulting the victim.

2. The Defendant: (a) from February 7, 2018 to February 21:02, 201 to February 21:11 of the same day, the victim D said horses at the above location; and (b) was refused to take a bus by avoiding disturbance.

However, the defendant continued to take a bus in a bus, resulting in the repeated act of the defendant, such as getting off the bus due to the refusal of boarding by the F male staff, etc., and obstructed the victim's bus operation by force.

3. The Defendant obstructed the business of the victim E from 21:11 to 21:28 of the same day, at the same place, sought the rejection of the bus as above from the bus departure to the F ticketper in order to resist it.

The Defendant, in front of the third counter of the above F ticket office, has pushed the victim E, who is an employee of the ticket office, for whom he was consulted about the loss of the bus ticket, and continued to have the unwritten male loss.
