Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:14, 2017, at the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yangcheon-gu, the Defendant appeared to have paid the taxi fee properly despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee even after using the taxi; and (b) had the said victim get aboard the said taxi while driving the said taxi and let the said taxi to go to the New Village of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; and (c) had the said victim obtain the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 8,600 of the taxi fee.
On March 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:17, 2019, the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “Seoul Mapo-gu”); (b) was on a cab operated by the victim D as if he did not have a cash or a settlement card and did not pay a taxi fee; and (c) was on a cab operated by the victim D as he did not have an intent or ability to pay a taxi fee; and (d) was on a 23:35 day of the same day by failing to pay a 6,500 won of the taxi fee even when she arrived at a f,500 won or less of the taxi fee.
around 21:00 on March 29, 2019, the Defendant stated to the effect that “H” in the main point of “H” operated by the victim G in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the fact was that the Defendant did not possess cash or settlement cards, etc. and did not have an intent or ability to pay the food and service cost, and that the Defendant would bring the victim with only one share of each share of each share of each share, as if he would pay the price.”
