1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On December 19, 2017, the Gyeong-do Geographical Names Committee of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Dae-do Geographical Names Committee”) deliberated on the opinions of the head of the South Gun/ the subordinate Gun, etc. of the South west-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and followed by the 384 billion won project cost (hereinafter referred to as the “100% of the project cost”) from 2009 to 2018 on December 19, 2017, the Gyeong-do Geographical Names Committee of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul-do Geographical Names”) was established at the Do 127·51”59.02, and the Do 34°56’s 29.29.
A decision on the nomination of a member shall be made to “a request to make a decision, regardless of the order of priority,” or “a request to make a decision,” as one of “No. 2 South Sea guard,” and on December 21, 2017, the Defendant reported this to the Defendant.
B. On January 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) determined that the Gyeongnam-do Geographical Names Committee failed to decide the geographical names of the instant schools as a single unit due to the reason why there is a serious difference between the Plaintiff and the Hadong-gun; and (b) requested on January 10, 2018 to prepare and reply to the Gyeongnam-do and the Hadong-gun, respectively, a document stating “to accept the result of the deliberation and resolution of the National Geographical Names Committee and to not raise any objection.”
C. Accordingly, on January 17, 2018, the Plaintiff submitted to the Gyeongnam-do Governor an opinion that “the State Council shall respect the decision of the State Council of Land (National Geographical Names Committee).” On the following day, the Gyeongnam-do Governor submitted to the Defendant both the Plaintiff’s above opinion and the opinions of the subordinate Dong-dong group to the same purport.
After that, on February 9, 2018, the National Geographical Names Committee held the first meeting in 2018 among 30 registered members, and deliberated on the agenda, such as the enactment of the nomination of the instant large school, etc., and passed a resolution on the nomination of the instant large school as "No-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N
