1. The Defendant’s KRW 41,316,324 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from June 12, 2017 to December 13, 2017, and the following.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 11, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the following terms, and the Plaintiff entered into the said contract as the seller’s representative C and D.

(1) The payment of the remaining KRW 1,070,000 shall be made in the order of the first priority when the intermediate payment is secured by an intermediate payment of KRW 640,00,000. B. The terms of the instant contract are as follows.

Among the objects of real estate labeling under paragraph (1), the Plaintiff and D shall be a landowner with respect to the 622m2m2, G forest land, 685m2 and its ground buildings in Pakistan-si, Pakistan-si, and multi-family housing shall be newly constructed after obtaining a building permit under the name of the Plaintiff and D.

The plaintiff and D shall complete the provisional registration of the purchase and sale reservation for the above land and building on the ground, and if the purchaser wishes, the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage shall be completed within the maximum of 1,000,000 won.

The costs incurred prior to the conclusion of the instant sales contract, such as development costs, building permits, and civil engineering works related to the real estate of paragraph (1), shall be the case.
