Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the defendants, two years have passed from the date of confirmation of each judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall receive contributions from an unspecified person under an agreement to make payment of the total amount of contributions or an amount in excess thereof in the future without obtaining authorization or permission, making registration, making a report, etc.

Nevertheless, C, etc. operates the “F” head office in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D E, and the Defendants conspired with each other to provide investment explanation and consultation, and to deliver investment funds to the head office by inviting investors, while operating the “F” office in the Bupyeong-si G H in Seocheon-si, Incheon. The Defendants would be paid allowances of KRW 100,000 per week if they invested in the above F Station Office from May 3, 2017 without obtaining authorization and permission, and without making registration and report, from around May 3, 2017.

90,000 won shall be paid in cash and 10,000 won shall be accumulated in the company, and since the company is scheduled to open a virtual currency exchange, it may purchase other virtual currency such as the J as well as the bitcoin.
