Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, around September 27, 2010, joined an Internet web live fileer (hereinafter referred to as “live fileer”) with Ad'd' and Ad', Ad' and D'C'.

The Defendant, with the knowledge of the fact that if a fileer runs a work of another person, the part of points paid when members receive a download, may be accumulated as his own profits, and that the fileer may use it to download another video with the points, was willing to read another person’s work as a profession after obtaining the approval of the seller from the operator.

Accordingly, the Defendant, using a flat-based computer in his/her residence in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, set aside points in file drawings to receive another copyrighted work that has been downloaded, and habitually infringed on another person’s copyright by illegally downloading 17 another person’s copyrighted work without the permission of the copyright holder, as described in the attached list of crimes, such as the latest film “responding”, “responding”, “responding”, and “Srobing”, which are not associated with file drawings, while holding the copyright from March 6, 2012 to April 1, 2013, for the purpose of using it.
